I dont know how the rest of you are faring.

But for the last few days I have definitely noticed a change in how I am feeling physical wise.

I dont know whether I am ready to cark it or it is those changes but I havent been doing anything different but feel like I am moving through concrete. It's like I am in a very high altitude or something.

Anybody else.?

mornin Biggs

i'm doing ok but lot around me are having problems
a cousin had growths in her throat and was real scared but got the news yesterday they were benigh
a friend had a lumpectomy and what was thought benigh isn't and she has to go for chemo
she wanted to know who buzz's my hair..
my sister poped something in her knee and is waiting for an appointment
my mom just had gall bladder removed and is doing the invalid role for all it's worth...that isn't saying
she's not in pain..just that she like most seniors luvs the attention
several men hubby knows need hernia ops
a couple of others are soo down they don't want to go outside

so yeah..i think something is going on..

i just read that the ozone hole at the north pole is the smallest it has been in a long time
so maybe all the germs are staying local..lol...

i would say that as silly as it sounds
think good thoughts...and bless any in pain

later..gotta go on nurse duty for mom

stuffy, puffy and THICK is how i feel ...
thought maybe was the heavy chemtrailing ...
feel "short of breath" after doing something
simple, like feeding dogs or bringing in wood ...
is my body preparing for winter hibernation?
is it changing frequency?

Why is it when Biggzy feels something I feel the opposite. Maybe it's about balancing, you know, polarization for our group dynamic.

Also Biggs what you're feeling could be the waves AJ talks about.

Hippie, I would say I am getting pretty much the same symptoms as you. I also am short of breath on doing anything, I am puffy and feel yuck as well; in fact feel like bloody crap so I feel for you sweetheart.

Soma, if you have got some aromatherapy infusion, maybe as a male you may not, but if you have lavender infusion and a few beers and then if ya can a 12 hour sleep will do you the world of good lamb, you need to catch up on some zzzzz's.

Kermie, you have that great healthy smoothie every morning and then go do your gym work out, I would say your one of the healthiest on here sweetie; plus your way younger than a lot of us.

It could be the waves we're feelin, either that or the bod's had enough and given up the ghost.

That's too funny kerm, every year I see their sausage sizzles outside bunnings.

Soma, as you would know there are different types of lavendar plants, but they do grow a tad crazy, being as you are with your green thumb you could maybe grow one of the varieties in a pot and then mortar pestle or whatever it is. O le. Your own lavendar oil. he,he.

I remember reading that some hikers or campers came across one of those wire fences with some American guards on the other side up there in the BM Stal. If their there, then we all know what their there for, keeping people out.
