The state of California has just passed bill AB499, which will permit minor children as young as 12 years old to be vaccinated with sexually transmitted disease vaccines like Gardasil without parental knowledge or parental consent. This means that if you live in California, school or medical personnel would be allowed to vaccinate your child against an STD without your ever knowing it.

At issue, of course, is whether 12-year-olds are mature enough to fully analyze the benefits versus risks of vaccination (or any medical treatment for that matter), or recognize the alternatives to STD prevention, such as abstinence. Meanwhile, a child could suffer a vaccine reaction and the parent, not knowing the child had been vaccinated, could mistake it for the flu or another condition, delaying getting help until it is too late.

But, perhaps the greatest issue of all is whether this law violates your basic right to be involved in important decisions regarding your child's health.

Gardasil HPV vaccines found contaminated with recombinant DNA that persists in human blood


(NaturalNews) In seeking answers to why adolescent girls are suffering devastating health damage after being injected with HPV vaccines, SANE Vax, Inc decided to have vials of Gardasil tested in a laboratory. There, they found over a dozen Gardasil vaccine vials to be contaminated with rDNA of the Human Papillomavirus (HPV). The vials were purchased in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Poland and France, indicating Gardasil contamination is a global phenomenon.

This means that adolescents who are injected with these vials are being contaminated with a biohazard -- the rDNA of HPV. In conducting the tests, Dr. Sin Hang Lee found rDNA from both HPV-11 and HPV-18, which were described as "firmly attached to the aluminum adjuvant."

That aluminum is also found in vaccines should be frightening all by itself, given that aluminum should never be injected into the human body (it's toxic when ingested, and it specifically damages the nervous system). With the added discovery that the aluminum adjuvant also carries rDNA fragments of two different strains of Human Papillomavirus, this now reaches the level of a dangerous biohazard -- something more like a biological weapon rather than anything resembling medicine.

rDNA found in Gardasil is genetically engineered
The rDNA that was found to be contaminating Gardasil is not "natural" rDNA from the HPV virus itself. Rather, it is a genetically engineered form of HPV genetic code that is added to the vaccines during their manufacture.

As Dr. Lee, the pathologist who ran the laboratory tests identifying the biohazard contamination of Gardasil said:

"Natural HPV DNA does not remain in the bloodstream for very long. However, the HPV DNA in Gardasil is not 'natural' DNA. It is a recombinant HPV DNA (rDNA) -- genetically engineered -- to be inserted into yeast cells for VLP (virus-like-particle) protein production. rDNA is known to behave differently from natural DNA. It may enter a human cell, especially in an inflammatory lesion caused by the effects of the aluminum adjuvant, via poorly understood mechanisms. Once a segment of recombinant DNA is inserted into a human cell, the consequences are hard to predict. It may be in the cell temporarily or stay there forever, with or without causing a mutation. Now the host cell contains human DNA as well as genetically engineered viral DNA."

What all this means is that through Gardasil vaccines, innocent young girls are being injected with the recombinant DNA of HPV, and that this biohazardous substance persists in their blood. The implications of this are rather scary, as Dr. Lee explains:

"Once a segment of recombinant DNA is inserted into a human cell, the consequences are hard to predict. It may be in the cell temporarily or stay there forever, with or without causing a mutation. Now the host cell contains human DNA as well as genetically engineered viral DNA."

Governor Brown’s recent veto of another bill, SB 105, should be held up as even more support for him to VETO AB499. SB105 mandated that under-18 skiers and snowboarders wear helmets and created criminal penalties for the offending child and parents.
In his veto message, Governor Brown says that while he recognizes the value of helmets, he is “concerned about the continuing and seemingly inexorable transfer of authority from parents to the state” and that “parents have the ability and responsibility to make good choices for their children.” AB499 plain and simply without question transfers authority from parents to the state and unlike wearing a helmet, vaccines are an invasive medical procedure capable of causing injury and death in some children.
Also very troubling is that AB499 circumvents and is in violation of consumer safety protections upheld in federal law since 1986! NVIC’s co-founders worked with Congress on the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, 42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-1 to 300aa-26 letters (c) and (d) which require that the legal guardian of a child receive “prior to the administration” of a vaccination information including “a concise description of the risks associated with the vaccine” and “a statement of the availability of the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.” How can that happen if the minor child is allowed to make vaccination decisions without the knowledge or consent of their parent?
The bottom line is that if Governor Brown does not veto AB499, your right as a parent to say no to a vaccine for a sexually transmitted disease for your children as young as 12 has been removed by the State of California. Children are not capable of truly evaluating medical and pharmaceutical risks, and yet school and medical personnel can now legally vaccinate children with vaccines for sexually transmitted diseases without the parent’s knowledge or consent. I can honestly say one thing.... I have very little trust in the government and am sure there has always been a conspiracy, a plan... An illusion placed upon us to see other than the real truth. All in the name of Power and Control..

That's right Clavel, it is all about power and control.

Vaccines are done to keep the population down. Gardasil is given to make teens infertile so they can't reproduce later. Some older people have severe reactions that big pharma know could happen to some, but let the vaccine out anyway.

Young babies are targetted because they have undeveloped immune systems and vaccines make sure that the immune system is impaired throughout life making them open to all sorts of diseases at best. At worst they are given all sorts of conditions like autism and brain damage.

All these things keep the population either too sick or too impaired to be of any significance.

How these people sleep at night is beyond me.
