That's why they tell the pilots of the air force not to drink diet soda just before they fly because of the symptoms of aspartame.

Did you know they are sneakier now with the names for it and for MSG? Sodium Caseinate is now a roundabout term for MSG as well as Autolyzed yeast extract... Sugar stream recently has GMO sugar beets in it with no law that they have to mention it,

another thing is they do not have to label the country of origin on a lot of things anymore..so you don't know where half of the things you are looking at are coming from
