For generations mysterious lights have been observed in the remote valley of Hessdalen, Norway. On several occasions flying beneath treetops at varying speeds. The phenomenon has been reported as large as a house or as small as a soccerball. Often executing breakneck manouvers, or heading for outer space with speeds up to 20.000 mph. Both Norwegian and international researchers have been involved in trying to reveal the true nature of the mystery. There are many theories, from unknown natural energy phenomena to extra-terrestrial visitors. The film gives a comprehensive overview of the situation, with amazing picture documentation and eye-witness testimonials.

Then there iare those huge underground arc type structures they built I think that was in Norway wasn't it. I am thinking they might be just for the elite or the chosen, wouldn't be surprised if there weren't other bases under there as well though.

Hessdalen is the real thing as far as I have investigated it. They waited for months, nearly a year if I remember well, to get that image posted by the OP..
I dont know if its already posted somewhere else in the forum, I'm just starting up the Rug in here, but the HAARP thing in Norway is called Eiscat

Eiscat is only a small part of the ionspheric network
Too bad though they took all their pages off webarchive when someone who knows a shitload more was proving a very valid point

interestingly i turned on the weather station the other day and they had a whole half hour program on the lights of Marfa, Texas and a similiar phenom happening..and from before harrp... so i had to go look up the long and lat to see if anything was connected in that way i would say not Hessedalen is 58 degees 38 minutes N by 8 degrees 6 minutes E Marfa is 30 degrees 18 minutes N by 104 degrees 1 minute W
heres a link to some marfa info if you are interested.
http://gosw.about.com/od/texastravelguide/p/marfa.htm Mysterious Marfa Lights: Marfa may be best known for the mysterious lights. The sign at the viewing spot explains, "The Marfa Lights, mysterious and unexplained lights that have been reported in the area for over one hundred years, have been the subject of many theories. Variously described as campfires, phosphorescent minerals, swamp gas, static electricity, St. Elmo's Fire, and "ghost lights," the lights reportedly change colors, move around, and change in intensity."
