I find this amusing due to the general public buying into the scam. I moved to Melbourne a year or two before this started to occur. I saw the social changes it caused/causing up until this day.
Seeing I've got no means at all of entering the housing market due to a mishap in life... and when I did have means of "Borrowing, for a Shelter for myself", I said "NO this is insane" Thats why I find this graph amusing.
Steve Keen is a good guy I would like to see working in the Pyramid of Australia. He lost a bet with a big bank chief about falling house prices in the immediate future. He will be right ofc in the real short ;)
