Zuni,

This is very very GOOD to know.... and potentially make use of......as/if needed.....

... (especially where or IF ONE truly BELIEVES... "they" may have done something wrong)......

AND YET..........

I HAVE ALSO BEEN AT SUCH LOCATIONS, (where, even though I knew the COP "preceived me" as "technically" braking a Law), by being able to so get the FELLOW SELF COP to so RELATE to an "INOCENT" PERSPECTIVE, where he/she is REALLY IMAGINING him/herself to "be in my so inocent shoes"..... I have thus so taken the COP from wanting to "lock me up" ...... to a point where he/she will then start ASSISTING ME ON MY JOURNEY (because he/she would SO ALSO wish the SAME for him/her SELF if he/she was/is IN MY SHOES)!!!

THUS..... GOOD, BAD, or indiffernet,......... EVERYTHING (from my perspective).......

..... RELATES TO .............."LOCATIONAL/PERSPECTIVE CORRECTNESS"......

..... an ANSWER ...... ALWAYS depends upon......."the person" ..... telling the story!!!

And yet, if I really feel like I may be so "sent" away, in a manor which I FEEL I NEED TO SO PROTECT MYSELF FROM EXPERIENCING....... KNOWLEDGE AND USE OF THE FITH AMENDMENT CAN and or WILL BE THUS SO MADE USE OF!!!!!

EXAMPLE
I know of a Drunk driver who got OFF SCOTT FREE by BOTH 1) NOT SUBMITTING TO THE "DRUG" tests....... AND 2) SAYING NOTHING TO THE COPS.......[/b]

Thus.... IF under a LOCATION such as this, "where I feel/believe I may be so pentalized... if I DO NOT SHUT UP"..... I WOULD 100% FOLLOW THIS ADVICE!!!!"

GREAT POSTING FOR USE...... "if needed"!!!!

Blessings,

kiss of love

Steve

I AM NOT ALWAYS AT THE SAME LOCATION......"where I can do such things".....

.... BUT AS MOST ..... BIPOLAR TYPES CAN TELL YOU .............

.... ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE ..... WHEN YOU KNOW.... ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!!!

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

.... GOOD, BAD, OR INDIFFERENT.....

.... A LOT OF "NORMAL" TYPES & BIPOLAR "TYPES", LIKE ME, CAN GIVE PEOPLE THEIR NEXT THOUGHT........................ "IT JUST TAKES PRACTICE & SHOULD BE A THOUGHT THAT YOU WOULD WANT SOME ONE ELSE TO SO GIVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Again..... I AM NOT ALWAYS AT .... such HIGH CONNECTED locations to RE-PRODUCE such......

.... BUT ..... FULLING REALIZING MYSELF AS MY WHOLE COLLECTIVE GOD SELF.......

.... where such LOCATIONs are SO EASILY ACCESSED ....... IS WHAT I LIVE 4!!!!!!!!!!!!

... and "IT" is ALSO why at times....... I AM SO FOCUSED ON ONLY PLEASURABLE AND LOVING THINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the interests!!

Great advice about the cops. They are not our friends for the most part. Yes there are still some good ones, but the bad one's outnumber the good in our corrupt system.

The term pigs brings back some strong 60's feelings to me and that term is appropriate these days.

Their job is to get you inside of their injustice system if possible so they can drain you of money for them.

I have friends that are cops and most of them are pretty good guys with a job to do. However most of them are retired or soon will.

I don't know what they are teaching the new recruits at police college, but for the most part they are young pompous a holes. They are strictly by the letter of the law, (which are becoming more intense all of the time.) The new replacements have absolutely no sense of humour and would arrest their own grandmothers if they could.

here are a couple of websites that you can go to to learn about this

http://thinkfree.ca/
http://www.worldfreemansociety.org/forum/index.php

here are the 3 do nots when dealing with Government

Submit : when you submit anything what in fact you are doing is bending to someone else`s will
Apply ; when you apply you are in fact begging and no one should be forced to beg
Register : when you register something you are actually giving that which you register away and retaining the use of and equity portion of that which you registered . It can and will be taken if they decide so provided they give you fair market value for it

Back in Toronto, when I was young (many moons ago :P) we had a friend in our group who was a cop... When we had parties and would run out of drink and smoke, he would run down to the beach and roust some kids...

He gave them a warning and no calling the parents, but confiscated the goods...

lol!

Depends which side of the fence you play on lol!

Yup and for the most part the system is setup to retain only those officers who will "play ball" so to speak, and push out those that would question their superiors. It makes perfect sense from a militaristic stand point. You don't want your enforcers thinking about wether or not what they are doing is morally right, so they drill shit into their heads with a powerdrill. My little sis has been a cop now for almost a year and she's definitley changing, losing compassion or empathy. They're making her identify as a cop, everyone else is a civillian, and they're different.

The problem imo, is that so many of your average police officer's actions are completely second nature. They train the recruits so intensely, so that they may be able to react quickly in a situation where a non "trained" civillian would hesitate (stop/think) before acting. The training really does take over for them in those situations.
Sis was told me a story awhile ago about a recruit who had been extensively trained to disarm a criminal pointing a gun in his face. In training, after disarming the instructor, the recruits would immediately hand the gun back. This poor recruit developed a "training scar" which unfortunately was discovered in a real situation, where he actually disarmed a criminal, only to instantly return the firearm, and consequently he was shot in the shoulder. He did survive to tell his story, though I can't imagine actually coping to that.

Anyway the point is that on some level, training is essentially brainwashing, to elimninate the individual mindset, in some cases almost to the point where there really is no "choice". Theoretically this could be a good or bad thing, but the nature of the training must be examined first, not only what is the actual intention, but what might this training eventually breed. That is to say, does police training breed an 'us versus them' mentality moreso than a "to protect and serve" mentality. From what I've seen with sis so far though, sadly I'd have to say I've seen more of the former than the latter.

The bottom line though is that despite the training, police are just people, and when we put up these barriers between us and "authorities", it helps them to further separate themselves from and almost dehumanize civillians (and vice versa). In most cases these "authorities" are the most manipulated stratum of society, so it is them that we need to get to most urgently. I'm trying w/ little sis, but it's not easy.

So give a cop a chance, be friendly as long as they are. They more than likely joined to honestly help the public, but the anti-authority behavior may have soured them on the general public over time as they deal w/ people. I've had (too) many encounters with police, mostly years ago as a rowdy teenager, in which often I found myself at odds with the authorities, but after time I found that in many cases, my own demeanor determined the outcome of the encounter, sometimes moreso than even circumstances of whatever ridiculous situation I found myself in. So when dealing w/ a cop, treat 'em like a human being and hopefully you'll receive the same. Maybe it's just what they need to remind them that there are good people out there who appreciate what they do. We really do need them on our side.

If you do run into some of those storm trooper type cops who wanna taser you, tell you to shut up and quit asking what they're charging you with, maybe you could pull one of these moves.

cheers You gotta love that! Dude answered his own prayers! "He is illegaly tasering me.......I am defending myself, in favor of that!"

You know, I am absolutely certain he was protected very heavily during that ordeal.

As soon as I heard him cry out for heavenly protection, I knew that it was a powerful call, it really affected me just hearing the recording. It was genuine to my ears, and boy was it heard! Its a lucky person that can react like that after a police issue tasering!

Everything depends on which hat the officer is wearing when he shows up. All police depts are incorporated and as such their prime objective is to produce a profit. If the officer is approaching it as a peace officer thats one thing but when they respond as the Policy Enforcement Officer its another . All corporations have policies that must be followed police dept`s are no different . The whole objective of the Policy Enforcement squad is to get you to create a jointer between you and your straw man . You can hear the officers in the video asking the man "You are under arrest . Do You understand ". This is important because what they are really asking him is to accept being arrested. Understand has a total different meaning in law then it does in the real world what Understand means in the legal world is Do YOU Stand Under Me. In other words he is asking you to give him authority over you . When you have been read your rights they always ask you if you understand the rights as i have read them to you ? If you answer yes to this question all other rights you had prior to this are waived and you must proceed with the rights you have agreed to . Always answer no , They must then reread them to you at which point they will ask you again if you understand this time say nothing , you have already answered this question once no need to do it again . One note the first time you are read your rights if you say nothing it is the same as saying yes, this is gained by them telling you that anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law . By saying nothing you automatically accept these rights under this phrase.

raulduke ....

I LOVE THE VIDEO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

...... THERE IS NOTHING LIKE VIDEO TO SO EXPRESS a "locational" moment such as this where the "guy who so THOUGHT, BELIEVED, SPOKE, AND ACTED..... IN ACCORD WITH HIS CONVICTIONS..... THUS WAS GIVEN HIS BELIEFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHEN ONE SO KNOWS......... REALLY KNOWS ..... HE/SHE/IT CAN SO DO SUCH THINGS.......THEN THERE NEVER IS A DOUBT ..... WHAT ONE CAN SO DO!!!!!!!!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I TOO HAVE PRODUCED SUCH EVENTS....."like these"....... the best example of my relating to such an occurance...WHERE SOMEONE TRIED TO FORCE ME INTO AN ACTION THAT WAS AGAINST MY WILL was upon my fisrt visit into a "MENTAL HOSPITAL"..... where I really did not know ALL THE RULES OF SUCH HOSPITALS AND SUCH "VOLUNTARY OBSERVATIONAL STAYS".......

My fist wife, having been a pyschiatric nurse, where I was truly acting bipolar, asked me to so be placed under a VOLUNTARY OBSERVATIONAL CARE for observational purposes??????
And ofcourse, at that time, beleiving I WAS 100% GOOD AS CAN BE, & thus.. I had no issues with so being OBSERVED under VOLUNTARY care!!!

Yet, upon my awakening from a short nap, while within a LOCKED UP AREA of the HOSPITAL, where, suddenly, upon awakening from this nap, they stuffed some medications into my mouth and had me swallow them.... WITHOUT MY HAVING CONCENTED TO SUCH......

THIS...(from my perspective), thus caused me to NO LONGER TRUST THE "CARE PROFESSIONALS".... and wish to THUS LEAVE THE HOSPITAL UNDER MY OWN CARE....

WELL they told me I had to STAY and I told them.... I was leaving.... AND THAT IS WHEN ALL THE FUN STARTED!!!!!!......... JUST LIKE THE VIDEO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I WENT INTO AN AUTOMATIC MODE..... WHERE I TOOK THE EASIEST WAY OUT THAT MY MIND/BODY/SOUL COULD SO CONSIDER, (4 I was in the LOCK UP AREA)...... AND thus... I wound up breaking out of the PHARMASISTS 2 foot by 8 foot 1 inch thick window with steel wire re-enforcement.......... AS IF IT WAS NO BIG DEAL AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!

ALTHOUGH I DO NOT REMEMBER THE "ACTUAL EVENT OF ME BREAKING OUT OF THE WINDOW"..... I DO REMEMBER .... ..... after LETTING MYSELF OUT OF THE HOSPITAL... thus.... returning to my NICE CALM PEACEFUL SELF where I simply..... let the four ORDERLIES that were NOW ABOUT TO POUNCE ON ME KNOW..... "all I wanted to do was leave the hospital under my own care and thus far THE HOSPITAL has not been TOTAL UPFRONT with their INTENTIONS!!!!!

And although, at that time, I thought I still had some fight left in me, not knowing where else to go, and KNOWING I HAD JUST COMPLETELY DESTROYED THEIR 2X8 foot window.... I decided to SUBMIT MYSELF TO THEM AND GIVE UP THE FIGHT????

... AND THEN.... at that point.... the four ORDERLIES.... jumped on me and injected me with drugs to so force myself to SUBMIT!!!!

Thus..... this was my lesson on getting to know the REALITIES and RULES within and of the Las Encinas Psychiatric Hospital, Pasadena California in 1994 or so.

Some day I hope to go into the hospital to so see the window I so EFFORTLESSLY destroyed on my way out of the hopsital, to so see if it still exists??? Perhaps upon my next trip into Los Angeles???

YET..... WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO ME.... AND PERHAPS CAN BE OF USE TO ANYONE........

..... IS THE IMPORTANCE OF KNOWING ONES OWN SELF PROGRAMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anywho.... good, bad, or indeffernt..... THIS WAS/IS JUST ONE OF MY MANY EXPERIENCES... THAT HAS SO FORMED AND SHAPED ..... WHO I KNOW MYSELF TO BE!!!

AGAIN I LOVE THIS VIDEO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

clubbing love clubbing love clubbing love clubbing love clubbing strapped down strapped down fired up fired up
Best wishes,

Steve

Steve that story goes beyond all boundries of the trained mind..Classic conditioning holds us in a restricted pattern that shows us limitations. That's why the strength of one's own will power and belief system can shatter any such restrictions. Thank you for sharing.

Here is a story about one of the few good cops who exercises the magnitude of will power.

Man Lifts Car To Save Baby Girl

During the afternoon of Thursday, May 18, 1995, Karl Sharrock of Lamar, Colorado was driving girlfriend Tony Taylor of Ulysses, Kansas and their 1-year-old daughter, Carrolyn Taylor along Colorado 101, a mile south of Las Animas, Colorado in a 1976 Chevy Chevette hatchback. No one was wearing seat belts, the baby wasn't strapped into a seat as stipulated by law, and Sharrock, then 32, may or may not have had alcohol in his system.

At some point, the hatchback left the road and hit a culvert and tree, throwing the baby from the vehicle into a muddy area next to an irrigation ditch. The car then spun closer and closer toward the infant, finally coming to rest on top of her, pinning her to the ground, and trapping most of her body. The rest of the car sank firmly into the mud. Someone called the police.

The first officer to arrive on scene, Deputy Mario Magdaleno of the Bent County Sheriff's Department would later remember his first sensation as being the sound of a baby girl crying. His heart dropped when the father hurriedly told him to get a jack out of the police car because his daughter was trapped under the wreck.

Magdaleno quickly tried the jack, but had little luck getting it between the car and the mud. The car had sunk in so deeply, there was no space for the jack to fit. No one else was there to help, as a passing train blocked the newly-arriving officers from the scene. Time was a factor.

Without giving it a second thought, the officer advised the mother, then 27, to pull her baby to safety as soon as he moved the car. Then, bending down and leaning into the vehicle, he picked it up off of the little girl.

Asked later what had been going through his head, Magdaleno said he had two daughters of his own, 11 and 13. "My mind was on that girl crying and trying to get her out. I thank the guy upstairs for helping me," he responded.

Free at last, the baby and her parents went to the Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center in La Junta, Colorado for observation and treatment. The little girl ended up with potential head injuries and a broken leg. The father had broken several ribs, and spent a night in observation at the hospital with his daughter. The mother had suffered a broken finger, and was free to leave without staying the night.

A short time after lifting the car, Deputy Magdaleno noticed some pain in his upper back. He then went to the emergency room, where he learned he had hurt a few muscles, but that the damage wasn't serious. The mother of the girl he helped tracked him down at the hospital, and asked how he was doing. Then she thanked him for saving her baby.

Here is some thing else I`ve come across from Ireland . This man was arrested for failure to give a breath sample and blood . It is a prime example of what happens when you know what your are doing once inside the court room .

Part 1
I made a special appearance today in the courtroom here`s how it went:

I was Charged with refusing breath/blood/urine tests.

It started at about 10:30 I met the legal aid guy who I fired about a week before the case because I thought he was a conman and this great new forum has given me a wealth of knowledge to try out. He came up outside the court house and was asking are you sure you dont want me,your a good guy let me help you out blah blah....I dont want the tax payers money for doing f*ck all....

I just said no thanks ill give it bash myself!

About an hour in he comes up to me in the courtroom with another legal aid woman who he says is the head of their gang and she asks me for a word outside, I say alright why not.

When we get outside she asks me what I think I`m doing, she must of been curious because I had a see through files case it looked like there was hundreds of pages in there. Only about ten were mine but it gave off a great impression! Ha !

Then she starts talking about phyciatric help , I just did the long sigh and said thanks!

I was called at about 11.30 by the clerk. The nerves kicked in as they do the b*stards!

Clerk: Is Sean Mc Mahon here?

Me :I am the agent of the legal fiction known as Sean Mc Mahon
(He is now referring to the Straw man)

Judge: Can you please stand in the dock?
( this is important all courtrooms have a railing that sits between the Lawyers judge and the rest of the courtroom its there for one purpose only to simulate the boarding of a ship. On a ship in older times there was a railing that encircled the ship . In order to be tried under maritime law you must be on a ship )

Me : I will on the condition that I can reserve my unalienable rights and that I do not grant your jurisdiction.
(Without saying this he in fact becomes the Straw man All laws and statutes are based on UCC law which is the law of the sea or maritime law . By standing in the Dock he in fact Boards their ship and the straw man and the real person become one . He agrees to do so under the condition he does not grant them jurisdiction in other words he will do so as long as they do not use UCC law when he does and the law of the land will apply to him )

*the whole courtroom goes silent there about 50 or so in there*

Judge: can you stand in the dock?

Me :*repeat what I said*

Judge: We will keep this standing till the end!
(This always happens when when you say this ? Why? How would a court ever make any money if everyone knew what to do . They will not proceed in from of a full courtroom and have this guy show them how to get off . Save it for when the court is empty.)

I was feeling confident at this stage because in a lot of other post people talk of being kept till the end for fear of anybody hear this info.

Im with my brother and a friend and we go outside to relax , when the legal aid guy comes out again and start saying he want me to do a phyc exam to see if I am mentally sound!

I just say are you having a laugh , I have two people here that can attest to my sanity. Im just laughing at this point . And then he goes on a rant about contempt and I assure him that Ill be fine. Even though the ****er started making me nervous saying ill be locked up for a week.I go back inside and wait.I later find out that he was hassleing my brother telling him If I dont snap out of it Im going to prison.

I get called again at 3.30 But this time im sitting at the back of the courtroom as they called my name without notice so I had no time to get up close to the judge and had to speak very loudly from the back!

(They love to do this its another reason for leaving it to the end If you don`t hear or know you have been called then they proceed with out you and try to find you guilty before you get a chance to say anything)

I started to go through the "I am the agent for..." and the police were going mad waving their hands in the get up motion!

Then the legal aid guy jumps up and starts saying " your honour he means no disrespect he is merely looking at things from a philosophical view point"
He rambles on for a bit longer...

Me " I do not mean to cause dis respect or harm to anybody in this courtroom is the way I am proceeding unlawful"

Judge" Is Mr O Higgens representing you?"

Me "I dont know why he is talking , I told him this already"

Me " Could the arresting officer please bring forward the injured party to this claim"

Judge " the arresting officer isnt here today sargent joe bloggs is representing him"

Me " So there are no witnesses then?"

Judge " we are not here to discuss the case" WHAT????

The man is going red in the face

Judge" We will remand you on bail for 7 days to reappear in court 54 do you consent?"

(The Threat )

Me " I will consent to this if you pay me €20,000 for wasting my time"
(He agrees to go to jail and tells the judge that he must pay 20,000 for wasting his time it is his fee for this now the judge is not dump and does not want to pay this he knows now whats going on)

Judge" We will remand you on bail for 7 days to reappear in court 54 do you consent?"

Me "I do not consent and waive all benifits"

Judge" what benifts"

Me " All benifits"

Judge" We will remand you on bail for 7 days to reappear in court 54 do you consent?"

Me " I do not understand"

Judge stamps some form the sargent walks of the stand and leaves the room the next case is called and Im not asked to sign for any bail I sit there in disbelief and then leave!

(Remember he is the agent for the Straw man the judge just sent his straw man to jail )

Part 2

Ok I just got a letter off that weasel solicitor this morning who I have already fired several times.

It says :

RE: DPP(garda Mark O Connell)-V- You

Next court date : 3rd of April 2009 @ 10.30am Court 44

Dear Sean,

We refer to the above mentioned matter.

We must advise that the approach you are taking is very unwise and may well result in your incarceration for contempt or a fitness to plead report.

In the event that you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact this office.

Yours sincerely
Cahir o higgins

First of all Ive fired the guy so why is he still sending letters?

It is now 11.30 And ive only recived this letter!

The judge said court 54 and it says 44 on the letter?

Im proceeding lawfully so how can there be contempt!

I`ve missed the hearing altogether,I got the letter an hour after the hearing!

Not so successful after all, Four officers turned up a my door this morning with a warrant ( luckily I wasnt in).

Any ideas should I just hand myself in and deal with it in court?Or I heard warrants become void after 6 months.

After a delightful night in a cell and sheer ignorance from the court Ive wriggled my way back onto the streets here is the general gist of what happened today ...it actually makes me sick

The announcement in the court room:
SEAN MC MAHON vs OFFICER ...

* Im beckoned up the stairs*

While entering the courtroom

me: For and on the record I am the agent for MR SEAN MC MAHON , For and on the record I am here under protest and duress, For and on the record I claim common law jurisdiction.

Judge : sit down!(in the dock)

Me : I will sit down if I can reserve my unalienable rights?

Judge : SIT DOWN *shouting* I think he expected me!I expected him to!

Me : I claim my unalienable rights!

* that pest of a legal aid show his weasly head again( im gonna lay some rat traps for him next time) he has a whisper with the judge.

Judge : is he representing you ?

Me : will I be contracting with you if I answer you?

(What he tells the Judge here is that if he answers the question does that mean the judge is going to recognize him as the Strawman )

Judge : just answer the question yes or no?

Me :I have already sent him a notice, have I not?

Weasel : ( somthing like yes i have been informed and council is dismissed)

Judge : Do you require legal aid, if you do not answer i will take it as a no?

Me : I am well able to represent my self !

Judge : sit down SIT DOWN!

Me : I will sit down if I can reserve my unalienable rights?

Judge : *Blows his lid * I will hold you in contempt!

Me : would that be civil or criminal contempt?

Judge : Criminal contempt!

Me : where is the injured party to this claim? for and on the record I hold you accountable for your actions!

Judge : *explodes into a million little pieces of power trips* GET HIM OUT OF HERE!

(The judge can`t let people know that this guy is knows what he is doing )

Im hauled of down to cells!

For the next part youll have to excuse my memory as its a little jogged!

I was brought before him again and and I went through the same **** again except this time he charged me with contempt.

I asked who the injured party was?

judge : the court

Me : factually what is the court ? And how have I injured it?

Judge : I will decide the penalty after the break.

i was brought before the court again and the same **** again ,

except

Judge : I am holding you in contempt for talking over the policeman ( didnt happen) unless you sit their and Apologise to the court(somthing like that)

Me : For and on the record the court takes judicial notice of judges oath.

(This is important all Judge`s must swear an oath before becoming a Judge part of that oath is to remain Impartial . What this guy has just done is enter the judge`s oath into evidence now if the judge fails to be impartial he can be subject to removal from the bench)

Me : Im going to sit there while reserving my rights and I mean no disrespect to the court am I not proceeding lawfully?

Policeman; (finishes reading statment)

judge : MR MC MAHON would you like to ask Mr Policeman any questions?

Me : please do not call me that you are dishounering me , I have Mr MC MAHON here * I try to hand up my birth cert but nobody takes it)

after that I ask the arresting officer : could you define a crime for the court please?

officer : *NO ANSWER*

Me : Could the officer please point out the injured party in the claim?

Officer: *NO ANSWER*

Judge : * starts talking legalease saying things I couldnt under stand*

Me " I do not understand ,I DO NOT STAND UNDER"

The next thing I know Im on my way for seven lovily days in prision until im told at the door I have bail set at 200 so I ring up my brother and get the cash together and sign under duress!

THEY CAN DO WHAT EVER THE F*CK THEY WANT!!!

Part 3

Time to put this thread to f*cking bed!

Back in court today!

Clerk :Mr Mc Mahon VS Garda Mark O Conell

Clerk : Is mister Mc Mahon here?

Me: *standing at the back on dry land* For and on the record I an the agent for the legal fiction known as SEAN MC MAHON , I am a man of peace and I have caused nobody any harm, I offer the court my hand in peace?

(No harm no foul )

Judge: Come down here now.

Me : I waive the benefit and I relieve you of your duty to perform as consideration.

Judge: *says something privately to the officer*

*officer walks of the stand looking at the ground and goes out the door*

judge: * nods at me * and says thank you

Case Closed he walks off scott free

Northern Boy

BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL STORY!!!!!!!!!

.... this follows very much the tail of the person I met who had such possible DUI charges dropped as well by ...... NEVER ADMITING & SUMBITTING TO EVIDENCE TO SO SELF CONVICT ONE SELF!!!.. and as per your STORY..... WITH A WHOLE LOT OF PATIENTS AND SELF ASSURANCE........ IN TIME.... WITH NO EVIDENCE TO PROCESS A JUDGEMENT...... THE JUDGE MUST ... eventually....... DISMISS THE CASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

.... AND LOVE HOW WELL ... you DEMONSTRATE... how using THE JUDGE'S OWN FEARS and or SELF DOUBT....... TO SO WORK FOR GETTING THE CASE DISMISSED!!!!!

GREAT STORY ....

A..

Yeah, the whole time I was watching that, knowing he'd get away, I was wondering how the hell he would actually do it, and I think you're right Anchor. I guess sometimes you can get the universe to recognize your plight, if only for a split second, but of course, like our poet friend there, we have to recognize our part and get up and run, figuratively speaking (sometimes lol! ).

I remember back in the late 60s and through the 70s there were some around my way who call cops pigs. To me the pigs were evil higher-ups in American Society. We usually called cops- cops, fuzz, The Heat, Bluecoats and Johnny Law.

Remember that song off the White Album - 'Piggies' ? Really I think there are but a few near and far who are beyond the piggishness that exists in most of us.
