i don't think all cops are bad

but like most things the bad ones get the attention..or they should

there is good and bad everywhere...at every level

Its a simple matter we as living beings have turned over the care taker /ownership of the land to an elected body the corporate state ,this ruling from 1795b spells it out plainly

because every government is an artificial person they can only act on other artificial persons because we are living beings we are tangible and exist

So we elect a governing body the corporation they in turn appoint a judge to rule over a tangible being but yet remain under the corporations control ............. this is all backwards

there the magic words and if you attempt to use the Common Law defense you are shut up quick under threat of arrest Why ?


Can it be that you are attempting to provide lawful excuse and the courts don`t want that being exposed . Courts are supposed to be fair and impartial but the state brings action against you and then hire`s a prosecutor to try the case before a judge that they appoint tto the bench .......... How can you get a fair trial ?

Courts are supposed to be free from prejudice but try using the common law defense in one and right away the judge`s blood begins to boil and you quick become accused of making a mockery of the court , Is it them being prejudicial and why do they act with such dishonour, seeking conflict instead of resolution makes one even wonder if they have signed their oath of affirmation and that is when it becomes necessary to have them produce it before the courts or you can instruct the bailiffs to arrest the impostor in the dress
