Astronomy Picture of the Day

Amazing picture mic, it does make a cool avatar. That recent doco you posted Journey to the edge of the universe sparked up my interest in astronomy again...cheers. I still like to think of Nassim's theory of an infinite expanding and contracting universe as opposed to a universe with an 'edge'.

Gabe you can also just copy the url then click the host an image button and paste as SW mentioned.

So much for that test.....LoL.

To anyone that might know. When I open the host a picture button, this has two boxes on it asking for a URL , how do I find My iPad URL ??? Then the other box asks for a file, where is the file ???

I am lost.....lol

When I copy the URL in the place for it, I get a message that says "your file is not allowed"???

So I cannot post like I used to when I had a pc....I also tried to copy a picture from my iPad to the host, but a message box came up and said, my file is not compatable with this forum???

So again I am lost....

I have never had an ipad thingy Gabe, so maybe someone else or fearless leader can help as in kermie bear.

I don't have an iPad but do have an iPhone however they use the same iOS (operating system)

On your link Gabe tap and hold on the image and an option should come up to open in new page. This will have a new url for the image only - ending in .jpg Copy this url and paste it into the host an image option. If it works copy the middle IMG code out of the 3 and paste into your post.
