My circumstances are in great flux. Because of my mothers death, I am connected to the legal system, and must have what is called a probate action to prove that all she had goes to me legally.

That is why I have no idea what will happen to me within the next month, and I was being forced to move, I found out today that maybe I will not have to move, if all the legal shit goes well.....I hate the system.

That's what I am back at least for now, because I am operating through the legal system of CONFUSION.

That would be something I would like to do hippy, but as for today these court systems have my money tied up, so I don't know from one day to the next right now what I can and cannot do.

I have heard told that the probate thing will not take long, but there again I always prepare for Murphy's law as a precaution, if you know what I mean......lol from experience.

I think probate doesn't take so long as you think it does if there is only you to inherit your mother's estate. It only takes time if other family members want a piece of the action then sometimes a court has to decide who gets what, (or if anything). That's where the time thing comes into it.

Thanks sky, my moms will is not being contested, so maybe it will be quick.

Great to hear Gabe. All it takes is a bit of time and patience.

I will post when I am able, but again it looks as though I may be rather busy for a while, as I have not finished the legal matters yet that are dictating my circumstances......
