Back in my college days one of my old dorm mate buddies was all about the hemp revolution. He would get me to go to his NORMAL meetings and lectures all the time. One of his coolest stories was about Thomas Jefferson and how he was obsessed with these 4 type of hemp seeds in Asia, I forgot which specific country, but they were protected. Anyway, the story goes that he sent some CIA type guys over there to steal these seeds. I always admired his passion for the hemp revolution. One story I also remember was from an AIDs patient during a lecture my buddy organized. He talked about how he could never get any hunger cravings and what the hospital was prescribing at the time did not work at all, but one day he finally got up the nerve to buy a joint illegally and as soon as he smoked it. His hunger came back but not only that he felt centered and balanced. He said " It felt right but it was considered wrong" and this fact always upsets me. Legalize the plant!
