The girl with the dragon tattoo triology - Millenium triology.

Sis lent me these three books and I thought mmmh I don't know, but I have already finished the first book and am on to the second...................absolutely brilliant books imho.

The funny thing is just before she lent them to me I picked up the DVD to look at and when I got it home the sub titles were in Swedish and I couldn't for the life of me get the English sub titles to work.

Stieg Larrson Swedish journalist wrote them - born in the same year as me he was but died of massive heart attack when he was 50, he was a heavy smoker.

He describes the Swedish towns and islands in such detail that I would love to go and have a look personally.
