| Question for Stal. I am trying to remember this great song from an American band. I think it was in the 90s but cant remember their name.
I know they did a video clip where Halle Berry played a part in it. Do you know. The lead singer was older than the rest of the band?

| am watching an interesting movie
'executive action' starring burt lancaster, made in 1973.
Its about a group of rich guys who plan the assassination of JFK. Hav't seen it before. Pretty good.
Possibly the earliest use of the term 'black-ops' in proper context.
Worth noting is the part where on guy says ''...after that eventualy, the reduction of the population to 550 million. Trust me i've seen the data''
also, when they are talking about using oswald as a patsy, they go through his file on an overhead projector. When they say about his discharge from the marines, they say the date, and on the projector shows part of a govt form with the year 1959 printed on it. Next to that is handwritten the date September 11 in big letters...

| aarrgghh
been meaning to put a heap of stuff in here but keep forgeting.
Heres a couple of quick ones.
Masters of the universe the movie - they use a sonic key to open stargates/portals. Also a highlighting of the idea that magic and science are related
thor - i havnt watched it yet, but the trailer mentions magic and science being related
sucker punch - havn't seen yet, but i know theres stuff in this to look out for
bruce almighty - when bruce first gets god's power he moves the moon, which causes a tsunami in japan. He also makes an asteroid hit earth. There is also an emphasis on free will. I could read a lot of things into this movie, from a few different angles
angel (the tv show) - in particular series four and five. Including The beast who blacks out the sun to prepare the way for his master, an interdimensional entity that takes over/brainwashes the world (via tv) with love and light, but behind closed doors actualy consumed her followers. Also, the circle of the black thorn (illuminati) a group of politicians, bankers, rich businessmen and demons who run everything. And wolfram & hart the evil law firm, which is actualy interdimensional, and run by three high level sts entities wolf, ram and hart, which has its fingers in everything, holywood, banking, medicine, crime, politcs, charity work, high-tech r&d, religion. The science/magic thing comes up a lot in series five.
ok a couple of quick video games as well.
Crysis 2 - super-soldiers fighting aliens and evil super-soldiers in new york city.
Call of duty: black ops - an mk'd black ops soldier in the vietnam war era. During the game you recover memories of being involved in the jfk assassination. You even have an alter persona who kills people. Theres also nazi doctors, russian sleepers (manchurian candidate/telephon style) and a veiled reference to the 'woodpecker' signal. In this its numbers used to activate sleepers being broadast from an underwater base.
Bulletstorm - again, super-soldiers. In a futuristic setting, but basicly you're part of a group of black-ops that realise their general was ordering them to assassinate innocent people and whistleblowers, so they go rouge. You have to fight the new generation of supers, and convince one to change sides. Oh, and post apocalyptic mutant/savages. There is a specific term used in this game that i recognise.
Hopefully that made some kind of sense :)

| Your just a hall of records of information Stal, you really are.
I recently watched the Bob Dean 2011 interview with Project Camelot. This was done in February this year.
Bob says at the end of the video that this whole life thing is sort of like the Matrix film, a holographic illusion.
I still cant get my head around that whole scenario.
If that's the case then how does karma, reincarnation and life lessons on earth as the school come into play.
It has just got me stymied that one.

| just watched sucker punch.
Apart from skimpyly clad hot girls with guns and swords blowing stuff up, there is actualy a fair bit going on with this under the surface.
Some stuff I'll be surprised if many asleep people realy catch it.

| hokay just watched the latest (for australia) dr who episode. Pretty interesting, part one of a two parter.
Mostly takes place in 1969, in the nixon white house and cape canaveral.
The most notable thing is the appearence of tall ,white skinned, three fingered greys, who live in tunnels and bases all over the planet, who constantly wipe everyones memory. You can only remember seeing one while you look right at it. As soon as you look away you forget.
I think watching next week could be interesting.
According to the director the aliens will be in several episodes.
So at the end of last season they had reptilians living deep deep underground, and this season its tall whites closer to the surface.

| part 2 is on ABC 1 tonight at 7:30pm.
Entitled - 'day of the moon'.
Looks interesting.
The ad had a sound bite that went along the lines of 'they've been here for hundreds of years. We're not fighting off an invasion, we're the resistance to an occupation'.'

| yeah was worth watching.
The tall whites had been here not for hundreds of years, but since the dawn of humanity.
Lots of stuff you guys would get. More than i expected.
The aliens heads look kinda wrong, but they are the right height. Lol at how they wore black suits like the MIB.
Use of the phrase
'this world is ours'
is very interesting. | |

| Watched it on iview this afternoon mate!
Thanks for the tip off as it was an awesome episode. In my own case I got to thinking about them time guardians and how it took maybe about 15 odd years for the memory to come out in a dream.
The Nixon jokes ...LOL

| new (for down here) ep of south park was on before.
For the most part it was about giving shit to bp over the gulf disaster. Bp drills a new hole and has another accident. Theres a heap of innuendo about bp changing its name to dp (a porn term if you were wondering). Then near the end they say that bp has drilled into a portal to another dimension, releasing all kinds of monsters. They knew it was there, but didn't think anything bad would happen when they drilled it.
Then to fix the problem they decide to drill on the moon. Which of course goes wrong, and results in cthulu returning to usher in 3000 years of darkness.
If nothing else, it was entertaining.
