THIS Judge - OVERSEES Child Abuse Cases? Video Showing him Violently Beating his 16 year old Disabled Daughter!


'Judges think they are above the law it seems as well as all of our Government officials! This video is one of the most disgusting videos I have ever seen. I almost cried when I watched it!

This video shows a man beating his 16 year old daughter with a belt and saying the foulest things to her! Using the F word over and over and saying she doesn't deserve to live under his roof and he will beat her into submission! It seems her crime was she downloaded some music files and games onto her computer! The mother gets involved and beats her too. SICK!

The man has been identified as Judge William Adams from Texas - but get this...... He presides over CHILD ABUSE CASES.'

Viewer discretion needed , this is horrific!

Ok please tell me that these a holes for parents have been exposed and his job is in jeopardy.

Apparently this vid is from a few years ago. Her parents are now divorced. He is on paid leave and an investigation is underway.

He's been on paid leave for a few years then if this video was from a while back??? The courthouse should disrobe him and throw him in the same jail as all the rest of the child beaters he himself put there. Might get a taste of his own medicine huh?

I want to know what pleasure these sicko's get.

Abhorant as it is, child abuse goes on and quite rightly needs to be brought out into the open to expose those who are the wrong-doers. People need to be aware of these 'so-called' judges are in trials. How would you feel if your kids were abused by somebody and this piece of crap was the judge in your trial. He's most likely let the perpetrator off and accuse you of the damage. This is why these bastards need exposing for exact charletons they are.

The Texas family law judge whose daughter secretly videotaped him savagely beating her in 2004 won't face criminal charges because too much time has elapsed, police said.

Aransas County Court-at-Law Judge William Adams likely would have been charged with causing injury to a child or other assault-related offenses for the beating of his then-16-year-old daughter, but the five-year statutes of limitations expired, Rockport Police Chief Tim Jayroe said Thursday.

"We believe that there was a criminal offense involved and that there was substantial evidence to indicate that and under normal circumstances ... a charge could have been made," Jayroe said. He said police would discuss the case with federal prosecutors even though he doesn't believe federal charges would apply.

Adams, who presides over child abuse cases, is still being investigated by the state's judicial conduct commission and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, which on Thursday requested that he be removed from its cases until the investigation concludes.

In his written statement Thursday, Adams, said he would "respond" to all investigations. As Aransas County's top judge, he has dealt with at least 349 family law cases in the past year alone, nearly 50 of which involved state caseworkers seeking to determine whether parents were fit to raise their children.

County officials confirmed that Adams will not hear cases related to Child Protective Services for at least the next two weeks.

Meanwhile, the top administrator in Aransas County cast doubt on whether Adams could credibly return to the bench at all.

"I would think it would be very difficult," said Aransas County Judge C.H. "Burt" Mills Jr. "Personally I don't see how he can recover from this."

If the judicial commission and police investigations don't lead to punishment or charges, Adams could be safe on the bench until he's up for re-election in three years.
