mz biggz, i just had a flash ... it seems obvious, really, but i am not sure you have ever thought about it - and this would apply to each and every one of us ... ready? *** that feeling you (i, we) get when you (i, we) see/hear/experience something that elicits that heart-warming "awwwwwwww" response? it floods our body with really good energy and if nurtured and prompted and guided from within to without .... well .... it's just gotta be a good thing, and healing .... i am enjoying finding out just how long i can maintain that energy ... sometimes i can make the feeling last for half an hour! *** what i flashed on was you taking the time to view a collection of these feel good videos every day .... i really felt your neck and shoulders relax after a week or so of this routine ... i'm gonna start sending you at least one per day .... this will be fun

when i feel that this feeling is running low i have a list of good stuff to bring it back and maintain it.. and i do really really think the state of mind matters..
