judge andrew napolitano ... i'm confused

i listened to a bit of his honor this morning, and i really
liked what he said, to the point of telling sis, if
a guy like this was running for POTUS, i might even vote....
then i followed with some more vids and discovered he
was host of fox program ... now i am feeling the
all-too-familiar-lately brain freeze ...

Here is a great interview with AJ.

It is a bit confusing since he is on FOX. My take is that there are two things the government wants. First they want us to be in fear from terrorism so they can implement their police state.
Secondly they want people to rise up and take arms to fight. (end up in Fema camps etc) So they allow whistleblowers to speak such as Judge Napolitano, Ron Paul, and a few others to operate and fire the folks up.

It's such a tight rope. We don't want to sit and allow them to continue to put their police state in place, yet we don't want to fight them in the streets.

The gun registry issue alone should fire the folks up. I can imagine the reaction of many if they try to take away their guns if they aren't registered. They have done this in Canada. It was only supposed to cost a few million to do so. It has cost billions and has done nothing to curb gang warfare and other murders. Only the honest ones registerd their guns and handed in the "illegal" ones. We are too compliant in Canada. This should not have been allowed to happen and I feel it would not fly in the US.

he could incite people.... he is a very charismatic man
