this mornings frost

well after what seems like dark and dreary forever we finally got some sun this morning
and the fifth day of frost..
so when i went to the barn to feed the feral cats i took my camera

the frost and the sun make for some cold beauty

some decorating spiders and the neighbors new dog fence







and well i did take 48 pics this morning..sigh..but i guess there could be worser habits..

Them spider webs are quite amazing!

I have never seen webs like that in the southern parts of OZ where I reside.

here's some more spider webs for ya....and i am going out later to see if i can find a spider and what kind they are...
i haven't gotten to that corner of the flower mound to clean it off yet..and i am now planning on wearing some gloves.
but we don't have the nasty poison ones like you do over there

and Hippie...when i got my first digital camera i couldn't believer the fun..not since i put away my 35mm years ago
instant viewing and wow..i just can't stop....
my next one is going to be a bit fancier so i can get those long shots of birds in the tree tops...

this is the mother maple in front of the blacksmith shop...the wind hits there and the tree has swirled to stay
and it has bees in it every year since i have ask....i love this tree



and now spidies.... obviously not orb spiders..hopefully i will id them later today
