There is another man that backs this man's story by the name of Ugene Colson. Both men believe what they said publicly as 'truth'.
There's a lot of evidence to back this up, even from ancient times.

Its disturbing because this proves that the highest men in society have experiments going on just as rumoured ET's do and were more advanced than we think, its really sad how they don't care about the test subjects.

The technology he talks about does exist and has existed for a long time.

Please remember that we only use 2 DNA chromosomes out of 14. This is why we only use 2-4% of our brain.
If we used 4 DNA, we would be able to see beyond the 3rd dimension. How do you think the other 12 DNA got cut off?
