I noticed that that place in Exmouth is only 8m ASL, I wonder if they made it waterproof :)

I just found the thread at PA. People should never believe the offical explaination for the purpose of the installation..Naval communication?. Didn't fool me.

Antennae array - Harold E Holt VLF Submarine Comms Facility

This overlay shows the locations of the 13 antennae in the VLF anttenae array at the Harold E Holt sumbarine communications base at the tip of North West Cape in Australia. Tower Zero, the central tower, is surrounded by two concentric circle of six towers, arranged in hexagonal patterns. The towers range in height from 304m to 392m.

In 1963, the US leased an area of North West Cape, Exmouth, Western Australia, for the establishment of a VLF Communications Station, as part of its world wide nuclear submarine force communications network. It was subsequently named the Harold Holt US Navy Communications Base, named after the former Prime Minister of Australia - who mysteriously drowned while he was in office. In 1972, US Navcommsta Harold E Holt became a joint facility, with an RAN officer as second in command, and 35 RAN personnel integrated into the general operations at the base.

I'm certainly no expert in this field but it doesn't seem like this massive antennae tower array would be necessary just for "submarine communications. Definitely something strange going down there.

When I first took a look at the ariel view I saw the two concentric hexagrams......


but as I stared a bit more, I began to see a cube and I knew I had seen the same kinda image somewhere before......



The array seems to closely resmemble Metatron's cube maybe........

interesting that the base is named after harold holt.

they have some very high profile visitors over there too. US sec. of defense for one.

Onslow salt harvesting project

The A$100 million Onslow salt project in Western Australia was launched on October 30 [2001]. The project began harvesting salt earlier this year, and is designed to produce 2.5 Mt/y from an area of evaporating ponds covering 90 [km.sup.2] Seawater is pumped at a maximum rate of 4,000 litre/s, powered by a 3 MW power station on site. Once processed, the salt will be moved by a reclaimer from the product pile to a conveyor leading to the loading jetty, capable of handling 45,000 t ships.
