Still enjoying the LESSONS & EXPERIENCE regarding.....
....... the interests of HAVING ......
.....AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE WIRELESS OVERAGE CHARGES IN THE WORLD....
With the intentions of IF/AS possible... using NO LAWYERS AND .....
... ONLY THE SELF INTERESTS OF ALL WIRELESS COMPANIES TO SO......
..... SELF CORRECT AND AUTOMATE.... CUSTOMER's ABILITY TO SO.....
.............. NEVER HAVE OVERAGE CHARGES AGAIN (if so desired).......
After a little more homework to confirm that for "cell phone and text communication".. . that since February 2009, Verizon had under "parental controls" for $5/month to so prevent.... such use... (deep within their VERIZON site).... and YET... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS .... ARE OFFERING THIS OPTION TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AS (my knowledge)...
.... IT APPEARS TO ME....... THAT .... YES YES YES.... THEY HAVE THE ABILITY TO SO... ... NOT HAVE OVERAGE CHARGES EXIST!!!... AND ARE DOING... very little about it!!
THUS I CREATED THE FOLLOWING FLYER, (in RED):
KNOWING THAT …. ….VERIZON WIRELESS HAD & HAS THE ABILITY TO HERE NOW.. STOP ALL OVERAGE CHARGES…. (text, cell, and ALL DATA TRANSMISSION)
…. AND finding out…….. ………THAT THEY ARE DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT!!!! ….APPEARS (TO ME) LIKE….. THEY ARE STILL … ………VERY VERY VERY VERY MUCH ENJOYING…… …………….CHARGING THEIR CUSTOMERS…… …… OVERAGE CHARGES!!!!

& PLEASE FEEL FREE… TO MORE AND MORE … ………….NEVER STOP COMPLAINING about IT!!! …. UNTIL IT IS CORRECTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
…. AS you TOO may HAVE ALSO gotten VERY TIERED of OVERAGE CHARGES!!!
….. And as or IF… you do nothing ABOUT IT…. THEN YOU LET THEIR..
..... QUESTIONABLE … BEHAVIOR CONTINUE!!!
& GUESS WHAT??? TODAY 4 THE FIST TIME EVER... .. A Customer Service Rep... at A VERY BUSY LOCATION (who did not like me handing the above message out)............ ACTUALLY GOT MAD ENOUGH TO REALLY WANT TO HELP ME!!
All my other correspondance, thus far, seemed very much, like they were trying to appease me... AND YET TODAY... FINALLY... BY GOING INTO THE VERIZON STORES AND HANDING ... .. OUT FLYERS... (with the above)... and discussing things in a very calm and respectful manor.....
... THINGS NOW LOOK LIKE.............. I AM GETTING MORE AND MORE ATTENTION.....
... PLACED ON GETTING THESE INTENTIONS... ESCALADED UP TO A LEVEL ....
... WHERE THE EXECUTIVES..... MAY ACTUALLY ENGAGE ME WITH SOME OF THESE CONCERNS!!!
..&.... .ALL I WISH .... IS THAT THEY .... DO WHAT THEY ARE CAPABLE OF DOING 4 THE ....... ALL CUSTOMERS... TO MAKE ALL OVERAGE CHARGES A THING OF THE PAST.....
.......INSTEAD OF INSISTING THAT ... OVERAGE CHARGES ARE .... ...... THE CUSTOMER'S.... RESPONSIBILITY... when so dealing with customer service!!
