First step is to download the appropriate software.

http://www.transmissionbt.com/Once you have installed the program visit a torrent site. One of the best sites I find is:
http://btjunkie.org/Type in the title of any movie, TV show, album etc in the search window.
Then download the torrent file..they are very small about 2kb to your desktop or prefered location.
Now open up your application such as azureus or transmission and open up the torrent file ie. browse the location on your computer.
Sit back and watch it download.
