ive heard that if you hear a high pitched tone in your ear that you should make special note of what you were just thinking or saying at that instance. i think david wilcock said that.

having a feeling of needing to contact or be contacted by someone is something i havent heard. its probably important, and you should find out what you need to do.

like reunite said, meditating on it would probably get you the answer.

i would like to say i can still meditate..but it just won't work anymore..
used to be able to do it easily
but anymore the static gets too loud

i did ask before sleep for an answer this morning and
i awoke thinking of my brother..so that might be it
he commited suicide a few years ago
he might need something
