Good Day Everyone! I have some questions, and am seeking advice on Ecclesiastical Deed Polls. If anyone can help I appreciate it. I have a court date coming up this week, and I feel it would be going against myself, and my knowledge/wisdom to attend. Thank you.
p.s. has anyone here actually sent in an EDP? If so, I ask please for your guidance.

Welcome sunneeyah_divine,
I have never sent in an EDP before. It does sound tricky like claiming Sovereignty in court. I'm sure you have done a lot of google searching in regards to the subject.
We have a Freeman section here in the forum that you may find some info.
Have you seen this video before? One of my favourites

The idea is not to 'contract' with them. The court will even trick you into giving your name by asking 'are you Joe Bloggs' If you say yes, then you have entered into a contract. You state that you are Joe of the family Bloggs and this is an answer, but does not enter you into their contract.
As Keith said in the video He is just known as Keith but does not confirm his surname. If the court does not have your admission of your name, then they cannot impose sanctions on you because they don't know which person you are.
He was absolutely right all the way through the video, but as the judge left the courtroom, he then became the highest authority in the courtroom. That's why he said to dismiss the case.
