i saw this guy on the dr oz show the other day and was very impressed so went and found this
if you have ever studied any energy healing method you will appreciate a whole bunch of stuff here
and if you have never checked it out..(it's pretty long but i think worth the time)
this will tell you all you really need to know
mostly ..just do it..having no expectations..what will be - will be

i caught him on the dr oz show and went looking for info on him
he looked very different from this vid..very stiff in the face

but he tells the story in the vid of how it happened that he changed after visiting a certain gypsy card reader
..while fascinating i think he may have let some of it out..
i also found it very funny that he didn't want to spend the 333$ to go to her.
.but that his seminars are near the 1000$ mark and not done by him..same old story..
and even having said that i found the vid worth my time

i also did some checking and he isn't practicing anymore that i can find.. but he seems to have a network of those HE has taught doing seminars all over the place for big money

if you have just a little ability to pay attention all you ever need to know is in the vid..along with an entertaining story

i was left with one question and one realization

question: i wonder if a person can do this on their own self?

realization: the fear factor / i felt as if to feed fear was to "give in to"
those which would feed off it, so had been trying to banish from my being ...
now i see that i must be without fear for my own energy/light to
reach optimum ... so, TWO excellent reasons to try and live fear-free
