- Google celebrates 14th birthday with a cake doodle
Published on Thursday September 27, 2012 - It's been a long time since Google has graced us with a new doodle. This one is symbolic in many ways too. One of the most successful coded messages was the Chinese moon cake. Secret messages were included on it. The cake was divided up and read. After the message was understood, it was eaten. It was a simple and effective means to convey information across enemy lines. - Of course the main piece of the doodle is of course the 14 candles. Should it be a surprise there is a song called Fourteen Candles by Plushgun. It is a love song, but the group has they have others that fit the theme of the news of today. Their first album was Pins and Panzers. Fourteen Candles was track 8. The lead song was Dancing in a Minefield. It is 3 minutes 36 seconds long for those looking for the play on 666. source: http://www.conspiracy-cafe.com/apps/blog/show/19141036-google-birthday-doodle | |
