Earthquakes in Iran

Has anyone seen the earthquakes in Iran? They seems to have been culled down quite a bit today but yesterday there was a BUNCH of really hard ones, all in the same place, near Ahar.
Questions in my mind came up... are they using the earthquake weapon again?
How come no one else is putting those two things together?
