if anyone is still following this, i would recommend looking into the supposed shooter's parents, in particular his father, and his upcoming court date wrt banking scandals.
I havn't had time to track down all the leads myself yet, but the word on the street is, well, interesting.

Biggs, it will be the biggest cover-up of the century if they don't name these bankers and say where all the money has been filtered off too. So many dark corners in this cabal. They are trying real hard to cover their tracks tho.
But once they are out in the open, everything we know will need to be re-organised, including the banking system and the way governments are run.
