went to fisherman's wharf ....
this is where i used to disembark from ferry in 1969, walk
the sidewalks where artists were selling their stuff, sat on
this green expanse of grass to smoke a doobie with others ....
not many people "hanging out" these days, tho ...
as you sit on the lawn and look out toward the
bay and alcatraz, you see the big wooden ships
anchored ... you can pay to tour ....
in the afternoon, you can watch the fog roll in through
the golden gate and over marin county (sausalito to be exact)
and here are the steps at aquatic park, there used to
be groups filling the steps, making music with guitars,
harmonicas, jugs, bottles, drums, etc ... only one
lonely person there on this day .....
