|  biggs i saw this on the weather news...just a result of some of the freak weather.Updated: Tue Jul. 19 2011 5:23:34 PM ctvmontreal.ca Montreal's sewer system was put to the test during an intense deluge that struck the downtown area of the city on Monday.
