cayenne pepper rules!

Just discovered the benefits of cayenne pepper and can vouch it has eased off my poor aching back no end. Had a long term problem with herniated discs and arthritis and this stuff sure helps a lot with pain. This page has loads of tabs to click on and I'm sure whichever thing ails you, cayenne will sort it out.

I bought 1,000 empty gel capsules and filled them 2/3 cayenne and 1/3 cinnamon. Fiddly as hell, but well worth it to get as much cayenne into your system the easy way!

Oooh I does need some of them thank you; you would think they would catch on and just bring out the capsules already done though, make it easier for us. xo

Biggles you can get them already made up but the price of them is crazy compared to making them up yourself. I got 1,000 empty gel cap for around £15 Australian dollars. The cayenne pepper is peanuts to buy, the cinnamon isn't much either a dollar or so. If you compare this to the ready made up ones you'll find you'll save an arm and a leg.

Look up in Google 'cayenne pepper capsules' and be prepared to drop your jaws on the floor. then compare notes.

Making them yourself keeps you quiet and off the streets...
