Prediction of severe weather in the Midwest involving HAARP rings and scalar squares proves correct.
I found this very insightful guy (Dutchsinse) on the net predicting tornadoes on 13th April. He was bang on target because on the 14th they hit in the area he said they would.
Here's his prediction for the 13th
and the 14th...
Since his prediction, about 40 people were killed from the tornadoes that hit.
