Announces Voluntary Recall Of Certain Salad Mixes Due To Possible Health Risk Wed, 26 Jan 2011 11:38:00 -0600 State Garden, Chelsea, MA - is conducting a voluntary recall of all Salad products produced in our plant on January 4, 2011 which correspond to trace back codes 45693 and 45703 due to a risk of contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. Listeria monocytogenes is an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. | |

| As a matter of fact sky out here we have been warned about eating salads that are left out in all you eat type food outlets and also that fresh type stuff you can buy in little containers in the supermarkets...............this can breed those bugs. | |
