Mexico mass grave: 18 kidnapped tourists found

Police officers and troops examined the site of the mass grave just outside Acapulco on Wednesday, after a video was posted on the internet detailing its whereabouts.

The entire police force of a small Mexican town have quit after gunmen attacked their headquarters on Monday.

Harrowing pictures show the remnants of the building and patrol cars after more than a 1000 rounds of bullets were shot into the police office in Los Ramones in Nuevo Leon and six grenades launched.
The six officers that were in the building miraculously escaped unharmed in the north of the country that has seen fighting between the Gulf and Zetas drug gangs, tearing the state apart.

does anyone remember a while back when the u.s. special forces trained a heap of mexican commandos as spec-ops counter-insurgency units, and as soon as they got home the cartels paid them all a shitload of cash to go work for them?
