Buggar and bum, need help plz.

Could someone take pity on an old duck; I am trying to take a screen shot of something, I have looked on Google to help me; they said press alt, shift and prtsc which did not work;;






How do I darn well take a darn screen shot with this windows lap top............. going nuts here.

Where is that IT expert here,.............................

What browser do you use?

For firefox you can download an add-on. After you install it just right click on the page and select screen shot.

Biggsy it should work like this if you don't get R's trick to work

Press: Shift PrtScn

Open MS PAINT and Press: Ctrl V (paste)

The screen capture then should appear in Paint.

Screen shots are easy to do with the press of just one button. No need to download anything when the tool you need is on your keyboard already.

Look along the top row of keys from F1 to F12. To the right of that is a key called "prt scrn" Once you have the page you want to copy, just press this button and it will take a snapshot of that page.

Next all you need to do is save it, say in a Word document or Paintshop for example and there it is...simple as that.
