Big Brother is Watching... As We Drive

Ok, stay with me here... I know many of you are stunned with the turn our country is taking down the path to socialism. There is massive spending of money we don't have on programs we don't need. There are unprecedented amounts of government control about to be heaped on the American citizen. From banks to automobile manufacturers to health care, the federal government is injecting itself into the lives of Americans like never before.

But, it doesn't stop there. Despite the trillions of dollars in the upcoming budget and the near trillion dollars in stimulus and mortgage bailouts, there is a group complaining about the lack of funds to pay for road projects. Their recommendation? To tax drivers by the mile by installing tracking devices in their vehicles which monitor their activity.

As noted in the story Associated Press story Panel: Raise Gas Tax, Charge Drivers by the Mile, the talk of the government tracking drivers is real. When the idea was first floated by Transportation Secretary Rey LaHood, the Obama administration quickly stepped in and publicly hung him out to dry. "It is not and will not be the policy of the Obama administration," the president's press secretary said.

However, a "special commission" created by Congress is still pursuing the idea. And, of course, they are painting a dire situation in order to justify another government intrusion into our private lives.

Its report Thursday warns that if government fails to find a new way to raise money, "we will suffer grim consequences in the future: unimaginable levels of congestion, reduced safety, costlier goods and services, an eroded quality of life, and diminished economic competitiveness as a nation."

"We should look at the vehicular miles program where people are actually clocked on the number of miles that they traveled," LaHood said last week.

The commission recommends "moving to such a tax, which would mean equipping cars and trucks with a device that uses GPS technology to track the number of miles driven and compute the tax owed."

Is this what we are coming to? GPS equipped cars so the government can monitor our travels? Doesn't the current system of a tax on a gallon of gasoline do the same thing? The more one drives, the more one will pay in tax, because more gasoline is needed. Strapping cars with GPS trackers so the government can keep tabs on how far we drive seems like something straight out of the former Soviet Union. "You've driven your allotted 70.35 miles today... let me see your papers."

We have to restore some sanity in the way things are going in Washington. I hate to think of what might be next. Monitoring our food purchases to see if we are eating "proper" meals. After all, if government will be soon be in the business of providing health care for all, then surely they can tell Americans what to eat or not eat.

Now we are clearly seeing the effects of two straight congressional election losses at the hands of the Democrats. Even with an Obama presidency, we could have had some kind of check to the check-and-balance system. But look at what we've done... and where America is heading.

We know it's crazy but again.....I just want to talk about the solutions man......Lets just smash the monetary system and get rid of money as a currency and start a new incentive. That's the only way.

I just can't be bothered with all the details of the craziness as it's endless. I know......Reporting it doesn't help us anymore......please.......focusing on this is useless for our position.

Add some solutions direct productive things into the mix of this or it's reminding me of Alex Jones.....far away land of we can't do anything but we sure are passionate about gloating over the evil. Are you serious? Why on earth you posting this stuff.....

Lets do something, even something small........it's been over 20 years now.

I can't wait and listen to it any longer!.....It's just endless the big brother shit. And no-one wants to change how they are living and be part of the solution.

Well big brother isn't going to watch me as I drive.....Cause I don't care about it. I'm not paying for silly things like that. paying for thin air for no reason and then paying for paying again...Like a fee for paying the fee. And then another fee with that cause you were stupid enough.

This is on a more collective level. The stupidity would have to become really warped. I'm not going to let it get that far.....You can talk about it. You can dream about it.
But I got a feeling that this is something that is just going to remain a dream....
Like mickey mouse. It's not going to be sustainable or a lifestyle.

Stop fear mongering. This is useless to us....It's not even news.....This isn't part of current events this is dreaming of big brother fantasties what he's going to do with the sheep in the future. How the police state is blossoming and what big brother is going to do with you next with what food you eat and everything.....

....What are we suppose to do with this information? Nod our heads and shake in our boots?

How about we turn it around, I'm already aware about what oppression is dreamed of in the Nazi communities but because I'm too busy creating my opportunities and providing a way out of what would be a trap. I don't post their news. So we really don't have time to be focusing on this crap.....

This is just one news story, another one that we don't need. Like your others.....another distraction.....Dreaming of the Nazi days...I don't need to dream about it. I know society is in error and this would be going further in the direction of error.

How do we need it? it's useless. Sit in front of your computer with your coffee and tell me it's not true what I just said.

Sorry I had to get that rant out before I finish up....

Look at all the news stories about it how useless it's been. Then look at my productive 3 articles going in the direction of progress.....and them sitting in silence.....with no-one even knowing what it is....no-one even noticing that it's a solution....

And you wonder why big brother is a problem cause you support big brother.....You support problems.

But I'm a hostile pain in the ass cause I have a solution going in the correct direction with a proper attitude towards it. Back off. You say. No solutions.....No pointing out the dogma proliferated.

That's not even loving what you do.....You know that it's not helping so why go on with it.
And then great encouragement and stroking of the ego to those like Gabriel who think they got the messiah following them around with the angels and that. Like that's great testimony and keep going with that stuff.....

But don't follow something useful......like a logical balanced approach of actual learning. I think this is really getting out of hand letting people lead us that have no idea.....and rejecting the real leaders. Rejecting the people that actually have love in them...

But that's different to what real care is than just posting the flower......
And going on about big brother all the time without a plan and without focusing on what we are doing in our life.

When a piece of uplifting news is posted with a tinge of spiritual tone, the poster gets accused by a certain individual of being lovey dovey and a fake. A 'smurf' in disguise.
When 'reality' news is posted to inform and keep people up to date, the same individual
calls the poster a doom & gloom merchant. This person seems to me like an attention seeker
being argumentative for the sake of it, whilst pretending to be a truth seeker and lambasting those that really are.
I suppose the purpose is to get banned thus justifying to himself how 'right' he is.
In the meantime it lowers the vibration of this place and takes up valuable time having to read and reply to such childish (or sick) antics. You know who you are, so get that help before it
gets out of hand.

.........I'm disappointed. I thought you would flame me way better than that. Now you don't look as dramatic. I gave you mostly everything on a platter to give you the ball for this...I made long responses with plenty of mistakes. You still blew it. Gave you plenty of room for criticism. If you want to divide isolate me into a corner use my weakness more in my posts try to be more supportive about it. Then it looks like you're on my side and that makes it more effective. Not so confrontational then you look like a good guy more.

I know the anger makes it hard but how will you overcome if you don't calm yourself? Remember cover all things wrong at once. Not just random bits here and there. You just need a bit of coaching cause whoever is coaching you ain't briefed you properly know what I mean....The first thing you should have said is "that's a lot of effort for nothing". But see you only stated attention seeking not the evidence for it....

6 out of 10 for that distortion. While somewhat adequate. Only the surface....Could have really cut into me a lot deeper than that. And I think on reflection of this you know where you slipped up.

As long as it comes from a loving wholeness you should be able to do this. I want to give you the right advice for what you are trying to achieve. So I'll keep coaching you on it and you should eventually put me into just the right corner that you're looking for. But say that I did it. Well I did give you the advice but you know....don't claim any responsibility once you do learn more about it.

I can't believe some peoples nerve. Big brother is watching me only. Not anyone else. He's only interested in me......

Only tracking one life mine....I know they've been trying to buy him presents, cooking him meals, trying to get on his good side. Trying to get on camera. But he's never going to fall for it he's all mine Forever.

but but but....

No buts. He's taken. I don't believe the lies that he has ever tracked someone else. I track his every move just as well as he tracks mine. So I know he's never cheated me. Why would he leave me for someone else anyway? Why do you think he watches me 24/7. He's so scared of losing me, so jealous.
