[Cooking] Tea Eggs !

I've got a nice batch of Tea Eggs brewing and my housemates must be dreaming about them right now as it is rather early in the new day and the aroma along with their prior knowledge has them happy to wake up for lunch tommorow :D

This is a pretty decent base recipe to get one started ;)

i tried to start a recipe thing down below but you guys keep going in different places

have you ever tried picked eggs?

we do them by hard boiling the eggs and then putting them in pickled beet juice..
turnes them nice and red..and marks the eater for days after by scenting the air
expelled by them...

I've got some beets hopefully popping up in my little garden soon so may need to try that pickling recipe as preserving is a skill thats long lost.
