Great video winehippie. Thank you for finding it and posting. It may be that the powers that be allow him to speak because he is one of them. Anyone with a title of Nobility cannot be trusted and he is probably just another "water boy" sent out by them to show us how arrogant they are by telling us what they are doing before they do it.

It is more in your face diplomacy and "hey fuck you' to the rest of us.

The wonderful thing about all this is the Law of Karma, the more they say "hey fuck you" the greater there own judgment on themselves because of the Law.

Or said another way, they keep digging themselves in deeper with their actions and words. And this helps to open many others eyes to the powers that be and this increases our power through their arrogance.
