| This is my favorite fruit punch and it's a great antioxidant. I love the deep red color in a clear glass pitcher on the Holiday table. Fruit PunchThe night before serving boil 3 oz of dried red hibiscus flowers and 2 quarts of water. After it boils turn it down and simmer for ten or fifteen minutes. Leave flowers in water until it cools. Drain and discard flowers and sweeten with raw sugar. Squeeze the juice of two oranges and one lemon and stir. | I got turned onto them when I lived in Africa, now I buy them in bulk from my local natural foods coop. You can order them online too. I'm sure with your gardening talent you could grow and dry your own. | |
