I only stumbled upon Steven recently and what a find this guy is when it comes to straight talking no bullshit regarding the economy. If I was to listen to the press down-under and take what is written seriously I would be thinking the boom times are a coming round the corner LOL

I like Goerge for his no BS talk regarding economy and Steven is there in another way.

I've learnt a LOT from these people amongst others in viewing the Why's over the last few years regarding to why with current economics I can never afford a house and have quality of life.

Did you see the graph where Steve points out Disposable income compared to housing costs over a period of time ? now thats insane.
