today is day five !!!! i just gain more energy each day.......
i start each mornig drinking 2 litters of saltwater.....(2 heaping tea spoon salt per litter)
after i drink two litters of water with a lemon wedge floating in it just for flavor.......
after a few cups of detoxifiying herbal tea........
around 4:00 i have about 5 oz. of fresh squeezed grape juice....(squezze em by hand) .....the darkest purple black grapes..........
around 8:00 another 5 oz. of grape juice......
and after just some herbal tea.......
the truth is i don t feel for the gape juice really.....i have plenty of energy ........ but i bought them and if i dont use them they ll go bad .....and i hate to wast food........so i drink the juice.........
i feel awsome !!!!!
this is a great way to cleanse and heal your body...and an exelent cancer fighter.....
its very important to cleans our body before we start any kind of healing.....remember our bodies cant heal if they are filthy inside....... gotta get all the built up shit out of our intestines.......it is the cause of most diseasies....imo........but it also cleans any emotional baggage we may be carrying around......gives us a spiritual up lift....... the benifits are really so valuble in all aspects....
i make it each fall for 10 to 15 days........i love it........
