I know this idea is not new...................the man that first came out with this info suddenly dissapeared

according to benjerman Fulford they had the factory built and were going to mass produce these and were shut down and the Factory destroyed not once but twice . With the new government coming In maybe they will let it happen butr when you think of it .... it won`t be a benefit to those trying to get Crap and Trade off the ground . They don`t mind hydro because that still requires some sort of Carbon footprint ie: coal, but water there is too much of that thats uncontrollable and as such they couldn`t control it

Once these new types of inventions are allowed to be mass produced and other types of non fossil fuel types of technologies are common place, we will know that we are entering into the new paradigm.

This is the key to change. Away from the suppression of oil. This is how the NWO will be defeated. Not by bloodshed and mass riotings, but becoming self sufficient without paying them trillions of dollars in energy bills.
