yes he is!!
he went through a lot to share the teachings and his own teachings about how all our languages and histories show our Star Nation lineage.
He has only grown into a very amazing person who inspires everyone who meets him! His teaching about Adam and Eve was amazing and very different from what was taught in church doctrine.

Petroglyphs of our beliefs that our ancestors come from the stars. Robert Morning Sky - Star Elders are from another time and place; ET's. Here is some additional information I found about a year ago on Robert MorningSky. I've listened to his lectures and I credit him with opening my mind to the knowledge of the Hopis which then led me to the Kogis.
