i'd say "haunting", in a good way, that is....
i have listened to annie lennox over the years, she is amazing

i have lost touch with so much favorite music lately because of
suspicion and avoidance...... it's like i have to listen to it all
again with new ears

don't put yourself under any pressure about the sound thing...honest
just give yourself an auto suggestion to recognize sounds you need to tune out
or think about first..or explore more
you'll be fine...

WH, it's strange "haunting" is also how I've always described Annie's music. I don't care about all that either. You can create a mental barrier for all that nonsense if you have a will to and still enjoy your music.

i am not so sure, i think triggers are used and for someone
who soaked up a lot, the results can happen and the listener
doesn't have a clue... it would be a long process of trial & error,
of examination and elimination - it it powerful stuff, from what
i understand

do not let what the industry wants you to see to cloud your judgement of music WH it is made for enjoyment first the video is what you see not hear . Music resonates thru you enjoy it for what you see it as not what they want you to see Annie is an amazing singer and one that should be enjoyed . if we would have listened to what we were told as kids rock music would never of had an audience Like i said the video is does not necessarily mean the artist is bad or leaning towards the dark side all to often the director of the video puts the image forward they want to convey

like i said up there, i love annie lennox.... and i don't think
she is part of the dark side, i did not mean to infer that....
i was referring to the music industry in general, the free love
(hippie) movement of the 60's and the mind control therein....
the distraction elements, the drug elements, the idolatry, etc

poems, tons of lyrics and they were channelled and they are not evil people.

In regards to your questions about the issues you brought up, if you can enjoy the music without a guilt trip then go with it, if you cannot please pray and meditate for clarity of the situation in question.

A person such as you is too strong to be disabled by a growth matter for very long, and as you well know, every day brings a different perspective in your growth.
