Hi Guys and Gals,
It has been six months living with my mother, having left my husband after 31 years of marriage. The only thing that broke my heart when I left was leaving my precious pets behind because mum doesn't allow pets in her home.
My lawyer stated this morning that at the end of next week he will have a court date to go and hopefully settle property. The ex has three houses, boat, etc, etc.
He is one tough customer my husband and can be vicious and brutal to no end so I am asking if maybe you wonderful souls can put in a little bit of energy to help me get through this time as I am a touch worried, mainly about how he is going to react to this.
In light and love,
Biggs.

Biggles if he owns three homes the way i see it you can force him to sell all three and take half the proceeds or he can give you one and you`ll let him keep the rest provided you are allowed to take some communal property as well . So decide which one you want and go get it sending you love and abundance as well

Good energy directed serves well, but do what you must to keep you and yours safe during troubling times.

Dear STRONG and SOLID as a ROCK Biggles.....
I BELIEVE YOU KNOW HOW BEST TO HANDLE THIS ANY & IN ALL SITUATIONS!!!
... & I BELIEVE ULTIMATELY YOU WILL DO ABSOLUTELY FINE!!![/b]
& although you have asked for some suggestions from us please know
... from what IT SOUNDS LIKE (to me)....
.... YOU HAVE VERY APPOPRIATE AND REALISTIC OUTCOMES IN MIND!!
...(all I have heard "thus far"... is you mention your desires realted to ANIMAL realted ties.... which sounds VERY REALISTIC (to me) so LONG as YOU communicate this to your LAWYER for HIM to make this a priority in your upcoming event!)
& I BELIEVE..... EVERYTHING... CAN BE NEGOCIATED WELL.... once or as you place or prioritize ONE's VALUES to SUCH... THUS.... if/as YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WANT THAT IS REALISIC 4 THE UPCOMING EVENT... (with/by your lawyer PREPARING you for such...BEFORE HAND)...... YOU WILL BE THUS...MORE AND MORE PREPARED.... & ABSOLUTELY FINE!!!!
ABOUT ALL I CAN SUGGEST... regarding any "assigned" property values..... Please know.... what you assign to the VALUES of such... may or may not be the "CASH OUT VALUE to such".... (I don't know... yet would so keep such REALISTIC values in mind to ensure you DO NOT HAVE TO GET EXCITED (if you do not want to) about any SURPRISES that may or may not come about????... just in case)....
Anywho.....
KNOWING YOU WILL DO ABSOLUTELY FINE....
..... HERE IS A LITTLE MUSIC (that I might so USE)....to FIRM me UP 4 such an EVENT...
(& this may or may not apply to you?.... 4 EACH OF US... WILL ALWAYS HAVE AN APROACH TO A SOLUTION.... VERY UNQIUE....to the SITUATION and the INDIVIDUALS involved!!):

Dearest Biggs, Bullies get away with things because they take advantage of your kind, trusting, naive nature and know that you will always back off.
Show him that things are different now. Take back your power and growl back louder and don't give up the fight no matter what.
He hates that he no longer has control but just remember that he can't hurt or threaten you anymore. He is yesterday's news and now you have your own life. A better life where you are free to do or say what you please.
Gear up for the fight and stand your ground. Watch what happens. You will become stronger and then he will know that he is dealing with a new woman.
A WOMAN WHO WILL NEVER PUT UP WITH ANY BS EVER AGAIN and who REFUSES to be a victim.
Let the attorney fight for what is rightfully yours because that's his job and instruct him to not cave in. Demand that everything is done legally and that you get your fair share.
I am sending you love and support and know that you will come out smelling like a rose because you deserve the best my love. Love you sweet Biggs.

My thoughts are with you Biggs :)
I hope you get the little pets back as you hold much compassion for our little friends!
On a side note if a lawyer is happy to take the case more times than not they know it will pay, so thats a good indication matey ;)
A lawyer joke for you:
You know its a cold day when a lawyer has their hands in their own pocket LOL
[edit] PS thanks for pm, will get back to you by tm :)

Thanks Linda, Steve and Soma.
If I get my little friends back once again in my life, all will be right with the world for me. They give unconditional love as you know and always make my life better.
Linda you are right on with the way things were for me before. I always had to watch that I did not say the wrong thing or do the wrong thing to set off his temper. Not having to deal with this anymore has made me feel a lot better, having to walk on eggshells all the time. After 31 years of this, I am still having to get used to it. Lot of negative stored up emotions to get rid of.
Much love, light and protection surround you all. Thanks for the song Steve.

Biggsy, Just for you.
Never,Never!! let a person nor the world put you in a place where you feel you are " walking on egg shells ". I was there and I know EXACTLY what it feels like. Shit my anger rises that I ever let myself get into that position, sil la vie! But ., you and I know it can be so easy..., all it takes is time and a few words and the feeling of guilt and shame.....and bingo.., the bully and coward has you!! I am a wonderful person today because I recognised.... we are all wonderful people,.. It's just that some people don't know it and are confused by what others, especially parents or spouses tell them. What they don't realise is..., their parents and others, told them the same and passed it on! They are the weak ones drawing their strength from YOU. YOU are the strong one and because they can't feel your equal... they will TRY and make you feel less than. You believe in love and equality.., unfortunately., they can't. Nothing to do with you sweetheart.., you have your journey and they have theirs..., cut loose, grow and be yourself.
