bottled water........ give it up folks........

this second video doesn t talk about floride and other toxic chemicals added to tap water.......but it should

so folks there are 2 ways to get rid of flouride......
A) get a water distiller
B) get a water filter with one of the following....
#1 alumina
#2 high-calcium carbon (most recomended)
#3 flouride ion exchange resin (i do NOT recomend this one)

these filters are tricky though as there are many factors that decide if they will work or not......contact time with the media is the biggest factor......so

better yet get a whole house filter.......this way all the water in your house will be safe.......

i found them after a couple of weeks investigating loads of companies......they have the best reasonably priced filters......and the owner is very dependable and knowladgeable.......
i actually bought his whole house filter.......because just as many toxins soak in through your skin when you shower......just as much as drinking the water......
please note that shower filters do NOT remove flouride....

Yeah Zuni, there has been a lot of information coming out about the bottled water and the fluoride in water and not having water in plastic bottles because of the leak of chemicals from plastic bottles into the water especially if you leave it in the sun. As soon as I get me own place I will be getting a very good water filter.

well my mom is 88+ and probably can dance rings around most of us..years ago she started boiling her water and then putting it in a glass container in the frig...
she needs water..she boils it first...
she rarely gets sick..ususally only when she gets fussed up over something...

I heard from a trusted source that reverse osmosis filters are good.

beware.......boiling is a great idea if you do not have flouride........

but boiling water that has flouride added is very dangerous !!! as it makes the flouride contamination worse by consentrating it.......

reverse osmosis may or may not work........... it really depends which filter you choose
to use......

but if you do use reverse osmosis or distillation....... you will have to somehow put trace minerals back into your water.......... body needs them........

plus you also need to pull the flouride out of shower water and the only way is with a whole house filter...........
