| well guys tomorrow is thanksgiving day here in the u.s.....a day of gobbling up the turkey or other big meal, etc. it's a great idea if you stick to what is really important and that's being thankful i try to be grateful everyday for all the things in my life that are there..even the problems and you all well know i am a vocal cynic of the mushy stuff and this would probably be more meaningful if i did it at some other time BUTi need to tell you all here thank you thank you for your friendship and comments and acceptance i am truly grateful for knowing you... | |

| We really do have a lot to be thankful for. There are so many people that are having a tough time right now. I hope you have a wonderful day Dian and thanks for being here to keep everyone honest! Your input is always a good thing, even if doesn't go with the flow. You are a lot like my wife on that one. hehe It is not thanksgiving here in Canada ( we already had ours in Oct), but I always take the american thanksgiving off and watch some NFL games, eat lots and drink a few pops with a few buddies. Good day to chill and be thankful indeed! | |

| gobble, gobble ..... i, too, am grateful and thankful for the good people here/now .... i will try to enjoy the day and try not to think about the slaughter of the indigenous tribes even tho i prefer that they were "in charge" rather than the rich white men who actually seem to be ... sam and i are going to a friend's for small traditional gathering and i will try to be sociable, keeping historical comments to myself ... sigh | |

| I am grateful for:
WineHippie.
Spending precious few moments watching my grandson on the webcam showing me his "irreversable new jacket".
The talents of my "Snuggie Buns" and the computer he is building me that could run a small city.
A holiday free from alcoholic family dysfunction because our evil little meth mommy sister wasn't around [seperate story].
My awareness, intelligence, talent, health, happiness, hair, humor and downright childish goofyness.
Being able to know what animals are saying.
The opportunity to have lived such a.... DIVERSE life.
