Preservative 211 as well mate, check your food labels!

I have noticed a trend in msm reports. Decade ago or more coffee gave you cancer, now all of a sudden their saying its good for you.

Vitamins are bad depending on what you take, but there are different. Fat is good, some fat is bad.

I dont take any notice anymore, else I would go even madder. I decide what I ingest now.

i can't stop what they are tossing out there at us..
but i've taken a dr. Emoto approach to stuff going into me
or on me..such as soap
and i bless it and ask that all toxic things in it are nullified...
i stopped taking any vits ..except C now and then
and every morning i declare myself..happy and healty
