check out some of these coupons sites....i saved over 22 bucks on my last grocery trip between coupons and sales
which was almost 2/3's of my bill...
almost all stores here in the states will double any coupon under a buck..
there are also coupons for buying on line and deals on free shipping to be applied to on line orders
