Well I'm doing something right. The only way I eat tomato's is out of a can and cooked. I never liked raw tomato's, must be the texture thing.
I also hear frozen peas are really good for you as well because they are picked just when they're ripe then frozen to lock in their nutrients. The 'fresh' fruit and vege's at supermarkets aren't that fresh at all.
Then again you could take the next step further and have the otter oasis fresh picking method.
