Have you guys seen that documentary or vid on Tears of the Turtle; I am that soul destroyed by it I cannot even explain it hear it is that disgusting and terrible.

Very few turtles survive to become adults if they do hatch, so taking them as eggs will wipe them out shortly.

Exactly Mic, so another beautiful species becomes extinct because of humans. What have these poor beautiful creatures ever done to deserve this.

are these eggs for food for the local people or are
they sold in a local market as the only source of income
for family - or are they collected for another purpose or
are they sold to hotels for resale to rich foreign tourists
or ... ?

If its anything like what happens in Costa Rica regarding the Shark Fin industry, it would be fair to assume that the Taiwanese are behind this, which means Asian Cartels and which sorta gets back to our buddy BF and how the Asian PTB will change the world.

As a result of the new agreement, China donated and is building a huge new stadium in Sabana Park, within the city limits of San Jose. I've rattled on about this doco before, freaking tear jerker. Just think of it now as Turtle water and it will make sense where the eggs are going and why family's are out and about destroying something beautiful, keep them repressed in a monetary society and they will do anything type vibe to get by.
