lighten up

this message received this morning

as i reflect on the new day - how do i "make it count"?

* lighten up is my first priority
- in thought (make distinction between what is generated internally vs. externally)
- in action (you don't have to consider repercussions if you are truly acting from the heart place)
- in the foods i eat (sparingly for days / lots of water, feel less "tied" to earth)
- in the attitude i cultivate (look for the humor, beat back the dysfunction)
- in creating my physical surroundings (organize essentials and get rid of anything superfluous)
- in doing service-to-others (small steps, accumulated, make a difference)

this may be the best way for me to prepare for and to feel the
shift in vibrations occurring ...

i'll report back at the end of the day with results

i can only say the way to make it count is to enjoy the hell out of it...
whatever that means to you

i sat under a tree today cleaning onions and garlic and had critter company
and just enjoyed the hell out of it...
to me that made it count
